Why It Matters

Midwestern鈥檚 partnership with TimelyCare reflects the University鈥檚 commitment to whole-person care. Life as a graduate student in the health sciences is demanding. TimelyCare is available to help students stay mentally, physically, and emotionally healthy throughout their journey.

鈥淪tudents at 黑料社 have busy academic schedules, having access to TimelyCare provides students with appointment times that fit around their lives and schedule, and may reduce any barriers or stigma of getting the support they need,鈥 said Brandy Strom, Psy.D., M.S., LPC, Manager of Student Counseling.

TimelyCare is an added layer of support that complements the wide range of services already available through Midwestern鈥檚 Office of Student Services. In addition to academic and personal counseling, the University supports student life through tutoring, student government and organization advising, orientation programs, multicultural events, time management and stress seminars, intramural sports, and disability services. The goal is to ensure that every student has the tools and support to succeed on campus and beyond.

How to Get Started

Students can access the platform by visiting or downloading the TimelyCare app. Registration requires a 黑料社 email address.

There are no fees or insurance requirements for students using the service. However, TimelyCare providers are not authorized to provide documentation for class absences or disability accommodations.
